Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vybaven\u00ed je ale stejn\u00e9:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>stezka <\/strong>(Nov\u00e1\u010dek, Lucerna, Cesta &#8211; pokud je\u0161t\u011b svou stezku nem\u00e1\u0161, dostane\u0161 ji ve spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das)<\/li><li><strong>skautsk\u00fd den\u00edk<\/strong> &#8211; obvykle se\u0161it A5 s pevn\u00fdmi deskami, zapisujeme si do n\u011bj jak pozn\u00e1mky k r\u016fzn\u00fdm hr\u00e1m, tak vzpom\u00ednky na z\u00e1\u017eitky, lep\u00edme si do n\u011bj pam\u011btn\u00ed l\u00edste\u010dky \u2026&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>psac\u00ed pot\u0159eby<\/strong> &#8211; klidn\u011b cel\u00fd pen\u00e1l<\/li><li><strong>\u0161\u00e1tek<\/strong> &#8211; hod\u00ed se p\u0159i programu, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt skautsk\u00fd<\/li><li><strong>uzlova\u010dka<\/strong> &#8211; lanko asi metr dlouh\u00e9, na kter\u00e9m se u\u010d\u00edme v\u00e1zat uzly (dobr\u00e1 je star\u00e1 pr\u00e1deln\u00ed \u0161\u0148\u016fra)<\/li><li>n\u011bkdy <strong>zp\u011bvn\u00edk<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong>v zim\u011b se bude hodit <strong>baterka\/\u010delovka<\/strong> a taky <strong>hrne\u010dek<\/strong> (n\u011bkdy si va\u0159\u00edme \u010daj)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Na dru\u017einov\u00e9 sch\u016fzky chod\u00edme v <strong>pohodln\u00e9m oble\u010den\u00ed<\/strong>, ve kter\u00e9m m\u016f\u017eeme bez starost\u00ed dov\u00e1d\u011bt &#8211; nebude vadit, \u017ee ho u\u0161pin\u00edme. Let\u00e1\u010dek dostane\u0161 na sch\u016fzce, nebo ho najde\u0161 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skauti-plzen.cz\/ookenanis\/novinky\/\">tady<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro jednodenn\u00ed v\u00fdlet obecn\u011b plat\u00ed: je dobr\u00e9 si zabalit do batohu, do kter\u00e9ho se v\u0161e p\u011bkn\u011b vejde a kter\u00fd se dob\u0159e nese (v\u00fdhodou je prsn\u00ed nebo bedern\u00ed popruh, nap\u0159. stahovac\u00ed vak je nevhodn\u00fd). Sbalit je t\u0159eba <strong>j\u00eddlo<\/strong> a <strong>dostatek pit\u00ed<\/strong> (vhodn\u00e1 je oby\u010dejn\u00e1 voda bez p\u0159\u00edchuti, proto\u017ee ta za\u017eene \u017e\u00edze\u0148 nejl\u00edp a d\u00e1 se v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby pou\u017e\u00edt i na umyt\u00ed). Na jednodenn\u00ed v\u00fdlet je t\u0159eba zhruba 1 l vody. Taky sbal <strong>pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011bnku<\/strong>, <strong>reflexn\u00ed vestu<\/strong> (kter\u00e1 je nutnost\u00ed, proto\u017ee na\u0161e cesta m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st po silnici), <strong>n\u016f\u017e<\/strong>, <strong>KPZ<\/strong> (v\u010detn\u011b sirek), <strong>obvykl\u00e9 v\u011bci <\/strong>na sch\u016fzku (do\u010dte\u0161 se o nich v\u00fd\u0161) hodit se m\u016f\u017ee kousek toaletn\u00edho pap\u00edru, kapesn\u00edky a vlh\u010den\u00e9 ubrousky, t\u0159eba i dezinfek\u010dn\u00ed gel.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oble\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> vol\u00edme dle po\u010das\u00ed, vhodn\u00e9 je obl\u00e9kat se cibulov\u011b (m\u00edt v\u00edce ten\u010d\u00edch vrstev), pot\u0159eba jsou taky <strong>dobr\u00e9 boty<\/strong> (vhodn\u00e9 jsou pohorky s pevnou \u0161pi\u010dkou chr\u00e1n\u00edc\u00ed kotn\u00edk, o\u0161et\u0159en\u00e9 impregnac\u00ed). Na cestu si uva\u017e <strong>skautsk\u00fd \u0161\u00e1tek na krk<\/strong>!&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezapome\u0148 na <strong>pen\u00edze<\/strong> (dle let\u00e1\u010dku, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b <strong>drobn\u00e9!<\/strong> kapesn\u00e9), <strong>skautskou pr\u016fkazku<\/strong> (kterou si m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 objednat v prosinci\/v lednu s uhrazen\u00edm \u010dlensk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku). Pokud jezd\u00ed\u0161 MHD, nezapome\u0148 si sbalit Plze\u0148skou kartu \u010di l\u00edstky (aby ses m\u011bla jak dostat na m\u00edsto srazu) a v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b taky ROU\u0160KU.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abys na nic nezapomn\u011bla, vytiskni si checklist, kde si m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 od\u0161krt\u00e1vat, co m\u00e1\u0161 sbaleno. A to v\u0161echno na let\u00e1\u010dku najde\u0161.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u017edy si v\u011bci zabal do <strong>batohu<\/strong>, do kter\u00e9ho se ti v\u0161echno dob\u0159e vejde a hezky se ti ponese. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je krosna s bedern\u00edm a prsn\u00edm p\u00e1sem, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 obsahov\u011b cca 50 &#8211; 65 litr\u016f.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejprve zva\u017e, jestli v\u0161echny v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 si s sebou sbal\u00ed\u0161, bude\u0161 doopravdy pot\u0159ebovat a zda ti nebudou jen zab\u00edrat m\u00edsto v batohu (ply\u0161\u00e1ci a pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159ky toti\u017e takov\u00e9 v\u011bci v\u011bt\u0161inou d\u011blaj\u00ed\ud83d\ude0a).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1me na v\u00fdprav\u011b j\u00eddlo spole\u010dn\u00e9, v\u0161ichni se v\u011bt\u0161inou pod\u00edl\u00edme na jeho nesen\u00ed. V batohu tak nen\u00ed doopravdy prostor na zbyte\u010dnosti.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i balen\u00ed nezapome\u0148 na <strong>spac\u00e1k<\/strong> a <strong>karimatku<\/strong>. Pokud se chyst\u00e1me sp\u00e1t venku, p\u0159ibal si s sebou i <strong>igelit pod karimatku<\/strong>, kter\u00fd T\u011b ochr\u00e1n\u00ed od vlhka. Sta\u010d\u00ed velk\u00fd pevn\u00fd pytel na odpadky, kter\u00fd pod\u00e9ln\u011b rozst\u0159ihne\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1le je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd <strong>dostatek vody<\/strong>. Na v\u00fdpravu s p\u0159esp\u00e1n\u00edm venku doporu\u010dujeme minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2 litry vody, proto\u017ee nen\u00ed v\u017edy mo\u017enost dopln\u011bn\u00ed. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je \u010dist\u00e1, kter\u00e1 za\u017eene \u017e\u00edze\u0148 nejl\u00e9pe, ale m\u016f\u017ee poslou\u017eit i na umyt\u00ed rukou, p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zub\u016f nebo na p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 va\u0159en\u00ed; taky sbal <strong>e\u0161us, p\u0159\u00edbor a hrne\u010dek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na nohy obuj <strong>dobr\u00e9 pro\u0161l\u00e1pl\u00e9 boty<\/strong>. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou tzv. pohorky &#8211; nepromokav\u00e9 boty, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed pevnou \u0161pi\u010dku a chr\u00e1n\u00ed kotn\u00edk.<strong> Na krk<\/strong> <strong>skautsk\u00fd \u0161\u00e1tek<\/strong> a co se<strong> oble\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> t\u00fd\u010de, \u0159i\u010f se aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm po\u010das\u00edm a prost\u0159ed\u00edm, do kter\u00e9ho se chyst\u00e1me. Vhodn\u00e9 je oble\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se d\u00e1 vrstvit. Jako spodn\u00ed vrstva ti skv\u011ble poslou\u017e\u00ed termopr\u00e1dlo nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad tenk\u00e9 leg\u00edny \u010di tri\u010dko s dlouh\u00fdm ruk\u00e1vem. Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je i no\u010dn\u00ed tepeln\u00fd komfort, tak\u017ee si sbal i oble\u010den\u00ed na span\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m ti ve spac\u00e1ku nebude zima. N\u011bkomu se sp\u00ed dob\u0159e v termooble\u010den\u00ed, n\u011bkomu sta\u010d\u00ed kra\u0165asy, vln\u011bn\u00e9 pono\u017eky, \u2026 Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tob\u011b, co je ti nejpohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159i span\u00ed venku se m\u016f\u017ee hodit i tenk\u00e1 \u010depice na noc \u010di rukavice (a to i v l\u00e9t\u011b).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011bnka<\/strong> a <strong>reflexn\u00ed vesta<\/strong> ti s sebou na v\u00fdpravu nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt, vhodn\u00e1 je i pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011bnka (igelitov\u00fd pytel) na batoh. Tohle je dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt p\u0159i ruce, stejn\u011b jako <strong>p\u0159ez\u016fvky <\/strong>(ty bereme jenom pokud jsme ubytovan\u00ed uvnit\u0159).
